Order Cancellations

Returns

Once your item is delivered to you, you can return that item within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging with the tags and labels still intact.

SHIPPING POLICY

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Kingaru Pinball, LLC will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and resalable condition.

Return shipping is paid at the shopper’s expense and can be needed to arrange their shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed immediately. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(Kingaru Pinball, LLC) Will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the cost of any shipping paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Kingaru Pinball, LLC will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a

n application is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.

Customers are needed to pre-pay the comeback shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Kingaru Pinball, LLC to process your warranty claim within 30 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you’ll receive the selection of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments take Two (2) – (3) Three days

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally takes Five (5) – (10) business days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping company. We can offer a lot of specific estimates once you have selected your shipping company at checkout.
